I guess this is my last blog in Online A. I'm only writing this because I finished my exam and I'm bored to tears. Well, to catch everyone who is reading this blog up to date, Swim season is officially over. I'm not sure I'm gonna do it next year though. Soccer season starts in January and I'm trying to stay in best of shape as humanly possible. I am really not looking forward to conditioning. If you don't know, I'm not much of a runner. Yet I play soccer, I don't know...

These are my thoughts on the crime files
High School Hacker
There are so many things that are wrong here. First off, he used passwords, stolen from teachers, to hack into the school network. Then he changes his grades and his friends grades. So then he installs MALWARE so he can get on anywhere else. He most likely did this to have better grades for him and his friends. His friends were the most affected by this problem because he changed their grades.

Malicious IMs
Well, i think this is stealing. This 19-year-old hacker wants credit card numbers, money, and identities. So since this is fake and when people get it by their friends, they actually think it's them trying to show them something.

Roaming Robots
I think that the entire corporation should get in trouble. The second company is paying him to do this and its wrong. Every one's computers are probably covered with pop-ups and viruses.

Swim Meet

Well, I guess this is my first real blog about something other than school. No offense of course. So, the girls varsity swim meet was last Saturday. We were against Milan, Adrian, and Tecumseh. We automatically knew we were going to win because we came first in almost every relay. They call it the SMISL relays. And all the events are relays. I didn't have much to swim, only four events. But, we came in first place. It was a great start off for our first swim meet of the season. We now have a swim meet Thursday. I'm very excited for it. These girls on my swim team are like family. We always support eachother through everything.

What I have Learned

For delicious, I learned that you can bookmark any website you want. Delicious lets you save your favorite or important websites. Some you can mark privately so other people cant search for the same bookmark. When you bookmark you usually label it with a tag. A tag is to help you search for it better. Like a key word to remind you of that website when you need it. On the far right of the bookmark, you will see a number in a blue box. That number is how many people have that same bookmark.

What I Have Learned

I learned that Google created Google Instant. Google Instant shows results as you type. You can also scan a results page as you type. Google instant can save 2-5 seconds per search. Larry Page and Sergey Brin created google in September, 1998. The company has more than 10,000 people worldwide. Google Earth can show you parts of the world using satellite images. You can also find directions from place to place. You can zoom in to google earth so much that you can see people walking and even license plate numbers.
